How does it work?
1:1 for £30 per 30min session
OR
2:1 for £20 per player per 30min session.
Coaching takes place at Didcot Cricket Club.

Complete the online form to register. Hansie Olivier will call you within 72 hours to agree on a suitable day and time for the coaching sessions to take place.
Who are we?
Hansie Olivier
Hansie Olivier is a Cricket South Africa (CSA) as well as England Cricket Board (ECB) Level II coach with over 25 years of coaching experience. He is currently the Director of Cricket at Didcot Cricket Club and owner of the Hit Away Sports Cricket Academy. Hansie has been involved in coaching Titans schools teams from U/11 to U/13 at their various provincial weeks for more than six years. He is also an experienced coach and player at international level in the indoor cricket arena and has played in three World Cup tournaments for South Africa.

Queentor Abel
Queentor Abel is an established international cricket allrounder and ICC Associates Women's Cricketer of the Year 2023, a recognition that reflects both her exceptional talent and her standing within the global game. A Level 2 qualified coach with eight years of full-time coaching experience, Queentor has dedicated much of her career to growing the game from the grassroots up, including her role coaching Kenya's Women's Under-19 team. She brings to the Academy not only the insight of someone who has competed at the highest levels of women's cricket, but also a genuine passion for developing the next generation of players.
Tristan Ashwin
Tristan Ashwin, originally from South Africa, is an enthusiastic cricketer currently representing Didcot’s first team. His journey began in school cricket, advancing through Sedibeng Cricket, the Gauteng Rural Lions, and even touring India with the South Africa Rural Country team. For four years, he was also a retained player for the Celestial Knights, a South African franchise in the LPL (Lenasia Premier League). After relocating to the United Kingdom in 2025, Tristan joined the Didcot First Team, earned the title of Didcot U19 Player of the Year, and continues his progress in 2026 as part of the Oxfordshire County U18 squad. In addition to his playing career, Tristan holds an ECB Level 2 coaching qualification and is dedicated to fostering talent and supporting cricket’s growth both on and off the pitch.
